usolvit is currently conducting a survey on the question “Leading Change: What differentiates excellent from mediocre change managers?”. We have already conducted in-depth interviews with approximately 20 change managers and collected data via questionnaires from approx. 100 managers dealing with change. The result is a very interesting profile of a successful change manager, as well as a number of situations in which behavioral differences between successful or less successful change agents can be detected.
What will result from this? These findings will be integrated into our learn-center “Leading Change” which we offer we for anyone having to deal with the subject of “change”. And the search goes on … Check in with us if you are interested in this topic!
