Resistance to change - I cannot tell you how much that word irritates me. In my early years in every training course on organizational change I was asked to teach I was required to dedicate a session to resistance. Why do I have to expect it? It is taught like gospel! I believe that is nonsense. It makes much more sense for me to expect cooperation.
